Each call is 30 minutes. You can book up to 2 calls per week based on what's available on my calendar. Just schedule in advance.
Unused calls don't carry over. The program ends 12 months after you purchase, so book regularly—ideally 1 call per week—to get the most value.
Most calls are with me (Johan), but sometimes—depending on my schedule, holidays, or the specific topic—a trained team member may handle your call to the same high standards.
You can reschedule for free if you give more than 24 hours notice. If you cancel within 24 hours or show up 10+ minutes late, that counts as a used call—no refunds or do-overs.
No. This is expert coaching and support. You'll get clear guidance, strategy, and help solving problems—but you (or your team) do the actual building. If you need done-for-you work, that's available separately.
